*Due to the hotel policy, an 80% cancellation fee will apply to all hotel cancellations. If you cancel, we can refund you the full payment for the camp and skipass, but only 20% of the hotel price.

Ski resort - Kaltenbach

• We're riding all day for 4 days - 24, 25, 26, 27 March. 

• Your check-in/check-out should be the day before we start riding and the day after the last riding day. At least check-in should be on 23 March, and check-out on 28 March.

• If you choose accommodation in our suggested hotel on next step, your check-in will be 23 March from 16:00 and check-out 30 March till 12:00.

• We'll send you all instructions how to get here, find hotel, check in/out and where we are going to meet first day of the camp.

• We will meet on 24 March at 10:00, at the bottom station "Talstation Seilbahn" (click to open in google maps).

Public Offer Agreement

Key Points of the Public Offer Agreement:

• Mandatory use of HELMET
• Personal ACCIDENT INSURANCE that includes HELICOPTER evacuation coverage.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 14 days before the trip: Full refund minus administrative expenses (bank & service commission etc.).
  • Less than 14 days: 50% refund.
• Legally binding once the Traveler makes payment.
